After discussion, the Exchange has decided on the following fee schedule forseat feesfrom the releasedate of this Notice: if the annual order volume of a seat does not exceed 200,000 transactions, the annual seat fee shall be RMB 20,000；if the annual order volume of a seat exceeds 200,000 transactions, the annual seat fee shall be RMB 30,000. Order volumerefers to the total of buy orders, sell orders and cancellation orders.
