After the institution of a client has successfully registered with the Exchange via its carrying member, in case of initial registration, the Exchange will, on the Off-Book Trading Platform, create an administrator account and a user group for the institution which will be submitted to the institution by the member.
After receiving the institution administrator account, the client should timely change the initial password.
